Rowe and Young in England squad

Triston Rowe and Kadan Young have been selected in England’s squad for this summer’s UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

The Aston Villa duo have been rewarded for impressive seasons respectively and will now look to guide the Young Lions to Euros glory in Romania this June.

Right-back Rowe has enjoyed a memorable campaign for the club’s Academy, starring for the Under-21s, reaching the round of 16 in both the Youth League and Vertu Trophy before helping Villa’s Under-18s clinch an historic treble.

Winger Young spent the first half of 2024/25 with Villa, making his first-team debut in the Carabao Cup against Wycombe Wanderers, before joining Belgian top-flight side Royal Antwerp on loan in January and gaining vital experience in the Jupiler Pro League.
