Newcastle United are waiting to discover whether or not Alexander Isak will be fit to face Everton.
The 25-year-old was absent on Sunday, as Newcastle lost 1-0 to Arsenal.
Alexander Isak missed the game with a groin injury, as Callum Wilson took his place up front.
Wilson was disappointing, as the Magpies fell to a defeat in their penultimate Premier League game of the season.
It remains to be seen if Isak will be fit to feature in the final game of the season, as Newcastle United aim to book their place in the Champions League with victory over David Moyes’ Everton.

Everton also have another problem at the back, with Jarrad Branthwaite limping out of the 2-0 win over Southampton with what looked like a hamstring problem.

Everton have nothing to play for against Newcastle United
Sunday’s game means everything to Newcastle United.
If they win, they are back in the Champions League. If they fail to win, they risk finishing outside the top five.
As for Everton, there is nothing to play for other than pride.
Moyes’ side sit 13th with 45 points. They cannot finish any higher, but could drop to 14th if Wolves win their remaining two games. In the grand scheme of things, that will not mean much to Everton.
