Newcastle United captain Bruno Guimaraes has commented on the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Despite a positive first half, which saw several big chances saved, the Magpies were not able to find the back of the net in the Premier League for the first time in nearly three months.
Alexander Isak was a surprise absentee against Arsenal on Sunday when the teamsheets were revealed. The striker has struggled with a groin issue all season, and it has proven to have gotten worse at the wrong time.
Unable to register a single shot, Callum Wilson failed to impress for Newcastle before being taken off for William Osula just four minutes after the hour mark.
It could be the last time Wilson is seen in a Newcastle shirt. The 33-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season, and there is no sign of his deal being renewed by Eddie Howe or sporting director Paul Mitchell.
With Newcastle now needing a win on the final day of the Premier League season, club captain Bruno Guimaraes has sent a message to the fans explaining what they need to do at St James’ Park in six days.

Bruno Guimaraes expects noise from Newcastle United fans
Guimaraes was unfortunate not to score for Newcastle against Arsenal on Sunday. The ball fell to the Brazilian inside the area after just a few minutes, but his effort was saved well by David Raya.
Despite the loss, Guimaraes performed well against Arsenal, running the midfield for the majority of the game.
