With an exciting summer around the corner, David Moyes will want to spend wisely at Everton.
Even though it’s been made clear that The Friedkin Group will hand Moyes a significant transfer budget at Everton, the Scotsman knows he can find bargain deals.
With many players expected to leave for free, he can balance out the loss of not gaining profit by signing cheaper alternatives.
PSR isn’t expected to hinder Everton, so it could be a reason to go all out this summer.
But Moyes has already found a loophole with a deal that could prove to be a tidy bit of business for Everton.

Everton can land bargain in Jackson Tchatchoua with asking price
The Toffees need different positions to progress next season, and Moyes is eager to strengthen in defence.
With the likes of Michael Keane and Ashley Young leaving this explains why, but it’s clear the Scotsman isn’t willing to splash the cash.
Instead, he has found a way around it, and Cuore Toro.it are seemingly reporting that a convincing deal could be in the works after Jackson Tchatchoua’s asking price has been revealed.

Everton are targeting right-back Tchatchoua, as the 23-year-old from Hellas Verona is looking like a rogue option on Moyes’ radar.
The outlet states that Verona are looking for between ‘£6.7m and £12.5m’ in order to let Tchatchoua go.
His exact asking price will depend upon how much competition there is for the full-back, but Everton seem to be the frontrunners.

Why Tchatchoua is a bargain for Everton
The player who resides in Italy hasn’t been heard of and is certainly an emerging target, but he ticks all the boxes.
With Everton looking to progress, they need to move past signing older players like Young, who don’t have the legs to compete anymore, even though it’s clear Young is a ‘legend’.
But Tchatchoua provides something different at right-back, as the Cameroon international has been known for his eagerness to get up and down the right flank which is something Moyes must explore in today’s game.
His season at Verona has proven why he’s in The Friedkins’ plans, and it’s a signing that could easily go under the radar this summer.

He’s been a reliable option for Verona, but it’s clear a move is waiting in the wings, and Everton should be his landing spot.
