'He is...': Wolves boss Vitor Pereira makes 'very difficult' admission ahead of facing Oliver…

Wolves face a tough trip to Selhurst Park on Tuesday evening, and manager Vitor Pereira has spoken about the challenges Crystal Palace will bring.

The Molineux outfit make the trip to south London knowing a win will secure a 14th-placed finish in the Premier League above the likes of Man United and Spurs.

Securing the three points will be no easy task, however, given Wolves’ patchy away record at this stage of the season.

Wolves boss Pereira seems to recognise the challenge at hand, pinpointing Oliver Glasner’s setup as a ‘difficult’ assignment for his side.

Vitor Pereira speaks on Oliver Glasner challenge

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Pereira revealed the latest on Matheus Cunha’s future before turning his attention to his side’s trip to Selhurst.

When asked about the possible challenges Crystal Palace will bring, the Wolves boss referred back to his previous meetings with Glasner during his stint at Fenerbahce.

“We played against Frankfurt with Fenerbahce, tough games but beautiful games. It was 1-1 and 2-2, 1-1 there, and we missed a penalty in the last minute for 2-1.

“When we played at home, it was 2-2. They were very difficult games, strategically and tactically. He is a good manager, a very good manager.”
