NBA fans know there is no love lost between Reggie Miller and the New York Knicks.
During his years playing basketball, the Knicks were Miller’s biggest opponent.
Even now, years after his retirement, Miller still has issues with the team.
According to a video shared by New York Basketball on X, Miller talked about his problems with the Knicks.
“This is why I can’t stand the Knicks. To me, they’re frontrunners. They think they’re God’s gift to basketball,” Miller said.
Miller spoke about the reception he received last year and the response he gave the team and its fanbase.

Miller’s Indiana Pacers and the Knicks battled often during his career, and obviously, New York’s fanbase hasn’t forgotten that.
That is why they chanted his name in a very derogatory way during last season’s playoffs.
Josh Hart of the Knicks even got in on the act and said something to Miller, who was sitting courtside and calling the series against the Pacers for TNT.
One can understand why Miller doesn’t like the attitude of the team and its fans, especially since it is directed at him.
Of course, he didn’t make matters any better when he went on social media and rubbed the team’s defeat in their faces.
Miller will probably never love the Knicks, and the team and its followers will never like him either.
But they will have to get used to each other because Miller will be calling the Eastern Conference Finals between New York and Indiana.
There is no use in wondering how New York fans will greet Miller because everyone knows.
