Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim has been handed a major fitness and selection boss ahead of Wednesday’s Europa League final, with Diogo Dalot and Leny Yoro reportedly now fit and available to him for selection.
United have endured a wretched Premier League season that currently has them in 16th place, having suffered 18 losses. However, they still have a chance to salvage their campaign somewhat by winning the Europa League.
The Red Devils are set to take on fellow strugglers Tottenham Hotspur at San Mames on Wednesday, in a high-stakes clash.
Not only is a European trophy up for grabs, but winning would also secure Amorim and his players a spot in next season’s Champions League. Being in the Champions League would come with a significantly increased summer transfer budget and instantly makes United a more attractive proposition for targets.
Dalot has been sidelined since last month with a calf injury, while Yoro has been out since the defeat to West Ham.
Now, Centredevils have revealed that both players have recovered and will travel with the rest of the group for the final.
