Everton are ending the season in much better form than they started, winning their final game at Goodison Park while sitting 13th in the Premier League.
As the Blues prepare for a move to Bramley-Moore Dock, Everton will be hoping to build upon the foundations that have been laid this season, pushing in a progressive direction.
Although the first half of the season was incredibly disappointing for the Toffees, David Moyes has rejuvenated things, allowing for some historic moments in the final run of games at Goodison.
Things have been so good, in fact, that even Jamie Carragher has been left crediting his rivals.

Carragher names Everton in Premier League award
The fierce rivalry between Everton and Liverpool has been as present as ever this season.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
However, despite the Reds getting their hands on the Premier League title, the Toffees certainly won’t feel too bad about their season in comparison with plenty of moments that will go down in history for supporters.
Furthermore, the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park was an iconic clash and while it was a point each, the nature of that will be remembered for a long time in Merseyside.
James Tarkowski scored in the 98th minute of the game, to gain his side a point, a moment which caused chaos inside Goodison.

The final Merseyside derby at Everton was iconic.
That game has now earned the Blues some recognition from Carragher, too, as he gave it an award.
When asked on Sky Sports Premier League (19 May) to name his best game of the season, he said: “I mean the Merseyside derby means a lot to me and it was the last one at Goodison, there was a lot built up about it. I think the game had been postponed earlier.
“And it was a night when that equaliser went in, you know, that was a blow watching that go in. But it was also, I think it was a great night, almost for everybody, a great game, should I say, for everyone but Liverpool, but it’s turned out alright for Liverpool, won the league.
“But, it was a great night that Everton didn’t lose the last derby at home, it was an iconic goal that we remember forever, the last. The supporters are on the pitch, great scenes for them.
“Arsenal probably thought the title’s back on. It was a bad one for Liverpool, but Liverpool turned out alright, winning the league.
“So for me, the last Merseyside derby at Goodison to finish in a draw and both teams were level, I think, on games there. So that’s one of the moments, and I think that Tarkowski goal was one of the standout moments of the season.”
Everton will look back fondly thanks to Moyes
Starting the season in the form that they did, Everton supporters were surely looking ahead to the end of the campaign with a relegation battle in mind.
However, Moyes‘ arrival at Goodison in the second half of the season completely changed the track that the Toffees were on, making an immediate impact.
Therefore, under the management of the Scotsman, iconic moments such as Tarkowski’s goal in the final Goodison derby and the farewell to the stadium have been etched in Everton history.
Now the Blues will head to their new stadium feeling as though new moments can be created.
