Manchester United are gearing up for the Europa League final and now there has been a message of support from Marcus Rashford.
Despite being at Aston Villa on loan, being a boyhood Manchester United fan, and player, it is no surprise that Marcus Rashford will be paying a keen interest in the final on Wednesday.
It was back in December that Rashford admitted his desire for a new challenge, this coming after he was excluded from the Manchester derby squad by Ruben Amorim.
This saw United offer him around Europe in January, with Aston Villa the only team to make the move, although Rashford is now hoping to make his dream move to Barcelona this summer.
Due to being out on loan, Rashford is missing the chance to make good on his promise from 2021 after United lost the Europa League final to Villarreal.
However, he has now sent a message of support to his teammates ahead of the game in Bilbao.

It was in the comments of this post that Rashford commented with a three-word message of support to his teammates.
“Good luck guys”, Rashford wrote along with a starry emoji, which is seen as meaning ‘manifest’, which is a nice message to send by the forward ahead of the final he will surely wish he was playing a role in.

However, despite not being part of the squad, will Rashford be in line to receive a medal if United wins the final?
Will Marcus Rashford receive a Europa League medal if Manchester United lift the trophy?
Rashford will likely be at Old Trafford on Sunday for the Premier League finale clash with Aston Villa. However, no matter what happens on Wednesday night, United won’t care much for this game.
Instead, if United win the Europa League, we would expect the trophy to be there and almost a celebratory mood in the Theatre of Dreams.
If Rashford is there, he could be in line to collect a Europa League winners’ medal, given the club will be handed 50, with the decision on who receives them down to the club.
Rashford made six appearances in the competition for United, scoring once and assisting once, which should be enough to make him a candidate for a medal.
