Florian Wirtz appears to be relaxed after the conclusion of the Bundesliga campaign amid interest from Liverpool and Bayern Munich. The Germany international has become the topic of a transfer tug-of-war between the Reds and the German giants after Manchester City dropped out of the race to sign the 22-year-old
As previously reported by the ECHO, Arne Slot wants to make a significant play for the £125million-rated Germany international, who has impressed at the BayArena. Liverpool have also made their interest known to the playmaker and his parents, who also represent the Leverkusen star.
Wirtz, though, has remained quiet on the apparent interest but reports in Germany recently have suggested that there has been an element of frustration at the lack of truth in some of the speculation.

Prior to the interest from Liverpool was known to the public, it had been widely reported in Germany that a move to the Allianz Arena had been verbally agreed.
Despite the mounting speculation, which intensifies by the day, Wirtz is seemingly relaxed on the matter as he enjoyed some downtime to recharge his batteries after a gruelling season before preparing for another - which could be in Munich, Liverpool or even at Leverkusen.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, he posted a picturesque photograph from where he is staying on his Instagram story, with a battery and sun emoji.

Bayern rounded off their league-winning campaign in style with a commanding win away at Hoffenheim.
But their chief Uli Hoeness was in no mood to discus the prospective summer business - slamming reports of their interest in Wirtz as nonsense.
"What can I tell you now?" He hit back.
"You've been writing nonsense for weeks about him going to Manchester City, even though he was at Liverpool.
"We'll provide you with facts at some point, not more speculation!"
