Manchester United’s squad for the Europa League final vs Tottenham Hotspur has been confirmed as Ruben Amorim makes a decision on Joshua Zirkzee.

On Wednesday evening, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur face off in their most important game of the season in the Europa League final.

Both teams have had dreadful Premier League campaigns, with Ruben Amorim’s side sitting in 16th, just one position higher than Spurs.

However, victory in Bilbao will not only see one of these teams lift silverware at the end of a torrid campaign, but also secure qualification for next season’s Champions League.

Ahead of the game, United’s squad have made the trip to Spain, with Amorim naming an 26-man squad for the clash with Ange Postecoglou’s side.

Amorim makes Yoro decision for Europa League final

The much-anticipated news around the United fanbase was surrounding Leny Yoro and whether he would be fit enough to be included in the squad for the final.

After suffering an injury earlier this month, Yoro has recovered in time for the final and Amorim has selected him in the squad, which is a huge boost for the team.

Joshua Zirkzee and Diogo Dalot have also been included but the game seems to have come too soon for Matthijs de Ligt. The only other first-team player injured is Lisandro Martínez.

Amorim’s squad also includes Ayden Heaven, Toby Collyer, and Jonny Evans after they all returned from their own injuries recently. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Harry Amass has also been given the opportunity to be with the squad.

Bruno Fernandes, Amad and Casemiro are all expected to be key players for United in this game and all three of them are in the travelling group, as expected.

Bendito Mantato and Jaydan Kamason have missed out on being included in the squad despite being in and around the first team in recent weeks, while Chido Obi is not included as he is ineligible to play in the Europa League.
