Everton have really high hopes for Harrison Armstrong.
David Moyes was reluctant to send Harrison Armstrong on loan to Derby County in January, as he felt he could play a key part for the first team.
But the club decided it was best for his development, and it’s certainly turned out to be the correct decision.
Derby fans have been blown away by how good Armstrong is, and he’s come back to Finch Farm a much better player.
Moyes has been really impressed by Armstrong in training and wants to have a closer look at him in pre-season before making a decision on his future.
With that said, the 18-year-old will now be licking his lips at the big news coming out of Everton.

Harrison Armstrong will be licking his lips at Abdoulaye Doucoure announcement
Abdoulaye Doucoure appeared to wave goodbye to Everton fans on Sunday afternoon when he was substituted off.
Now, Abdoulaye Doucoure has just posted an emotional video confirming that he will leave the club at the end of the season.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Whilst it’s certainly sad to see the Everton stalwart depart, it creates an opportunity for someone to step up and take his role.
Often it’s a new signing, but this time, the replacement should come from within, with Armstrong taking his spot in the starting line-up.
The England youth international will be licking his lips at Doucoure’s announcement, knowing he can really stake a claim to Moyes in pre-season.
Derby and Blackburn Rovers want to sign Armstrong
It was reported earlier this month that Blackburn Rovers and Derby County are interested in signing Armstrong on a season-long loan deal this summer.
The Rams will be aiming for a top-half finish under John Eustace, with play-offs not completely out of the question.
So it would be a good move for Armstrong, however, there’s every chance Moyes will now decide to keep him.
If Armstrong can step up and fill Doucoure’s void, it’d allow funds to be allocated to other areas, with the attack needing attention.
Everton are keen to sign Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap, who will cost £30m.
