Indiana Pacers to wear one uniform for the remainder of the playoffs

Indiana Pacers revealed that they will be wearing gold Statement Edition uniforms for the rest of the playoffs.

The Indiana Pacers have surprised many by making a deep playoff run this year, advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second consecutive season. There, they’ll face off against the New York Knicks in what promises to be a highly anticipated series.

To mark the occasion and create a memorable close to their playoff journey, the Pacers announced they will wear their gold Statement Edition uniforms for the remainder of the postseason.

Indiana famously wore their gold Statement uniforms in all 17 games of last year's playoffs. This season, they've alternated between those and their white City Edition uniforms, known for their bold paint-splatter design and cyan accents, according to SportsLogos.net.

Interestingly, the Pacers have never worn their current white Association Edition uniforms in a playoff game, despite this being their fifth postseason appearance since the set’s introduction.

They've only worn their navy blue Icon Edition uniforms once in the playoffs—a Game 2 loss to the Boston Celtics in the first round of the 2019 postseason.

The Pacers will begin the Eastern Conference Finals on the road, with Game 1 scheduled for Wednesday in New York.
