With the Europa League nearly upon us, Manchester United fans young and old are getting excited at the prospect of lifting a trophy for the third year running with a win over Tottenham Hotspurs.

Ruben Amorim and his men are travelling to Bilbao to take on Ange Postecoglou’s men in a bid to win Champions League football for next season.

Ahead of the game, UEFA have issued warnings to fans, reminding them that all tickets are “100% digital” and “Paper tickets and print-at-home tickets are not valid tickets” in a bid to avoid issues at the stadium’s gate.

However, the San Mames Stadium won’t be the only place United fans in the Spanish city, with the United fanzone set to open at 11am on Wednesday 21st May.

The area that’s been dedicated to the Red Devils is close to the city’s old town in Etxebarria Parkea while Tottenham’s fans will be in the Ametzola area of Bilbao.

The Daily Mail has reported that fans won’t be the only people in the United zone though, with United legends Andy Cole and Denis Irwin set to be in the fanzone along with the MUTV cameras.

Alongside the excitement of seeing the United legends, entertainment for the United fans will include an acoustic set by Liam Fray of the band Courteeners and a DJ set by Stone Roses bassist Mani.

Whilst Manchester United and Spurs have been allocated just under 15,000 tickets for the final, it’s expected that the city will see thousands more flock to enjoy the atmosphere of the must-win game for both clubs.
