Arizona basketball is seeing some turnover after a run to the Sweet Sixteen last season. Henri Veesaar, Emmanuel Stephen, Conrad Martinez all transferred out of Tucson to other programs. One of those names not listed was KJ Lewis.

Arizona basketball is seeing some turnover after a run to the Sweet Sixteen last season. Henri Veesaar, Emmanuel Stephen, Conrad Martinez all transferred out of Tucson to other programs. One of those names not listed was KJ Lewis. Lewis was one of the more talked about players on the Wildcat’s 2024-25 team. Known for his elite on ball defense, bell to bell effort, versatility, and team play, Lewis suffered a significant wrist injury last season that negatively affected his offensive production.

After an emotional rollercoaster of a season Lewis elected to enter the transfer portal. Shortly after, he committed to Georgetown. Recently Lewis was spotted at an Arizona softball game. An appearance that on the surface was just Lewis showing support to the school he spent so much time and energy representing. However, does Lewis’ attendance at the softball game indicate he is due for a shocking return to the U of A?
