All the final injury news surrounding Tottenham and Manchester United ahead of Wednesday night’s UEFA Europa League final at San Mamés.

That might be enough to save Ange Postecoglou’s job, but Tottenham will go up against a Manchester United side in similar circumstances, with Ruben Amorim’s men also seriously underachieving this season. Ahead of the big kick-off in Bilbao, we have rounded up all the final injury news surrounding both teams.

Leny Yoro - Fit

Yoro has been struggling with injury but he returned to training ahead of this fixture and has travelled to the Basque Country. Amorim has confirmed that only De Ligt has failed to make the squad, aside from Lisandro Martinez, saying: “So they recover quite well. They push, of course, and we have to respect the feeling of the player but we push a little bit, as they wanted to be part of the team. That is a very good sign. Very good for us. Of course, they are limited in the minutes for the game but they can help us win the game. De Ligt is out."

Mathijs De Ligt - Out

De Ligt has been working towards recovering for this fixture, but he has failed to make it.

Lisandro Martinez - Out

Martinez will be out until 2026 with another serious knee injury. Ruben Amorim has said: “Licha is a difficult situation. He's going to be out for a while. We don't know the extent of the injury, but it's an injury that is going to take time.”

Joshua Zirkzee - Fit

It looked as though Zirkzee would be out for the season, but he returned to training before travelling to Northern Spain, and he is in the squad.

Diogo Dalot - Fit

Dalot is another who trained ahead of the trip to the Basque Country, and he should be fit enough to play.

Ayden Heaven - Fit

Heaven has trained with the group and will be available for selection.

Toby Collyer - Fit

Collyer is another who was in regular group training, and he will be available here.

Jonny Evans - Fit

Evans has returned to training, but he has struggled for weeks with injury, so his actual availability will be in doubt. He has, however, made the squad.

Mikey Moore - Fit

Moore seemed to have an issue against Villa, but it was only fatigue. Postecoglousaid: “I think Mikey was okay. It was fatigue as much as anything else. He hasn’t played that sort of amount of minutes before." Postecoglou later confirmed that he only has one absentee on top of the known absentees for the final. He said: "It's pretty much the same as last week, Lucas Bergvall isn't available, so pretty much same as we were last week."

Pape Matar Sarr - Fit

Postecoglou has confirmed: "He's fine."

Dejan Kulusevski - Out

Kulusevski is out for the season after undergoing knee surgery. A statement confirmed: “We can confirm that Dejan Kulusevski suffered an injury to his right patella in our Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace last weekend. Following further specialist consultation, the midfielder has undergone surgery today (Wednesday) and will commence his rehabilitation with our medical staff immediately.” Postecoglou added on the injury blow: "It’s obviously disappointing news. Initially we thought it wasn’t too serious because obviously the medical team were worried about how the knee was structurally, but it seemed pretty good. But then it kind of blew up a day after and so we knew there was an issue there. He’s had surgery and it will put him out at least for a few months."

Lucas Bergvall - Out

Postecoglou has previously said when asked if Bergvall will be back before the Europa League final: “Yeah, that is unlikely. If we had another two weeks, potentially he could. I am sure he will be trying, I am sure Madders will be trying, mate, just to get the strip on. Unfortunate for both of those guys, but that has been our season. Nothing has run smoothly. I am sure there will be parts of themselves disappointed they are not part of this most important part, but they have been so integral to us getting here.”

James Maddison - Out

Maddison recently suffered a knee injury that will rule him out for the rest of the season. The Spurs boss said: “Madders from the first leg, so he's out. He'll miss the rest of this season and it’s disappointing for him. I'm disappointed for him because he's been a real catalyst for us. He'll miss out but that's been the story of our season.”

Radu Dragusin - Out

Dragusin is out for the rest of the season and likely a chunk of next term with an ACL injury. Postecoglou confirmed at the time: “Radu underwent surgery today following his ACL injury. That procedure has now been completed, and the centre-back will now commence with his recovery before beginning the rehab process.”
