Man City secured a huge win over Bournemouth in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
Pep Guardiola’s side bounced back from their FA Cup disappointment with a commanding performance against the Cherries, with the Manchester club securing all three points with a 3-1 win, which leaves them third in the Premier League standings heading into the last weekend of the season.
Paul Merson was one of many who predicted Bournemouth would be a tough test for Man City, however, the night turned into one of celebration as City fans got to say goodbye to Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri returned from his long-term knee injury, and fan favourite Jack Grealish even got some minutes.
It has been a tough season for the English winger, and Sky Sports commentator Chris Sutton noticed something about the 29-year-old while he was coming onto the pitch against Bournemouth.

Man City’s Jack Grealish did not look happy coming on
Grealish has had an up-and-down time since completing his £100m move to Man City from Aston Villa in 2021, with the 2022/23 season undoubtedly being his best campaign in a sky blue shirt.
However, the current campaign has been quite the opposite for the winger, as Tuesday night’s appearance was the 29-year-old’s first in five games, and he only received a handful of minutes.

Observing Grealish coming onto the pitch at the Etihad Stadium, Sutton noticed that the player was not too happy.
“We all want to see Jack Grealish playing with a smile on his face, but it’s not quite there,” Sutton said on Sky Sports via the BBC.

Grealish has been encouraged to leave Man City by Ally McCoist, and that is a big decision the winger will need to make over the summer.
Grealish is happy at Man City, but that may have changed with the lack of minutes he has received in recent weeks, which will be crucial next season with the 2026 World Cup on the horizon.
The 2026 World Cup should motivate Jack Grealish
Not many players get to play in World Cups, and with England currently having a squad and a manager capable of winning the tournament in 2026, everyone will want to be in Thomas Tuchel’s squad next summer.
At present, the 29-year-old is nowhere near the England set-up, and in order to be in with a chance, the former Aston Villa star simply has to leave.

Jack Grealish’s last three seasons at Man City
Alan Shearer thinks Grealish is done at Man City, however, many other clubs are showing interest in the Englishman.
His former team, Aston Villa, would be willing to take him back, while Tottenham and Newcastle have looked before, and there are clubs abroad who admire him, with AC Milan being among the interested parties.
Grealish faces a big decision this summer, and many people will be intrigued to see what he decides.
