Cavs president Altman will try to pull a championship from stone: Crowquill

Ted Crow

CLEVELAND, Ohio — For the second year in a row the Cavs lost in the second round of the NBA Playoffs. As the No. 1 seed they lost to the No. 4 seed Indiana Pacers in what some might consider an upset. Others might say there was no upset and the best team won.

So Cavs President of Basketball Operations, Koby Altman, needs to figure out what it will take to get the one of the best regular season Cavs team ever to the Eastern Conference Finals and then the NBA Finals.

Tough questions need to be asked. Can Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen play better when the going gets tough? Should they keep the Core Four of Donavan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland together for at least another year?

Another year of playing together might be all it takes for this Cavs team to pull a championship sword from the stone.
