Aston Villa are showing interest in a summer move for Barcelona winger Ferran Torres, journalist Graeme Bailey has claimed.
The Villans would reportedly like to bring the Spanish international back to the Premier League this offseason, three years after he left Manchester City for £46m to join the Nou Camp.
Unai Emery is a huge admirer of the 'remarkable' 25-year-old forward and feels Torres would suit his playing style in the West Midlands as he looks to add a new winger to his star-studded squad.
Torres has just two years left on his Barcelona contract and has struggled for regular game time under Hansi Flick this term, making just 12 starts in La Liga and a further three in the Champions League.

According to Bailey, Torres is wanted by at least two Premier League clubs this summer as both Aston Villa and Arsenal are keen on signing the 25-year-old.
While Gunners boss Mikel Arteta knows the £210,000-a-week Spaniard well from their time together at Man City, Emery holds similar admiration for Torres after his three years with Barcelona.
However, both English clubs might be forced to look elsewhere this summer as Bailey claims Torres has no intention of leaving the Nou Camp in the coming months.
Aston Villa are believed to have several alternatives to Torres on their winger shortlist, including Chelsea ace Noni Madueke.
According to GIVEMESPORT sources, the Blues are likely to entertain offers for the England international once the market reopens next month, despite signing him on a seven-year deal just two seasons ago.
