Manchester United could prevent winger Antony from setting a record that may never be achieved again.
During the January transfer window, Brazilian forward Antony left Old Trafford as he joined Spanish La Liga side Real Betis on loan until the end of the current season.
Since moving to Spain, Antony has rediscovered his form, having recorded eight goals and five assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.
Next week, Antony will hope to end his season on a high when Betis take on Chelsea in the UEFA Conference League final.
If Betis manage to win, Antony could also etch himself in the history books.
The 25-year-old's parent club, United, are in action on Wednesday night when they take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final.
If United win, Antony will also be given a medal, having played four times in the competition for the Red Devils.
If United and Betis both emerge from their finals as champions, then Antony will claim the title as the first ever double European champion in the same season
However, Antony could be prevented from setting the above-mentioned record if United fail to beat Spurs.

Several players have won two European trophies throughout their careers, but none have achieved this feat within the same season.
Liverpool pair Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher are just two examples of players to have won both the Europa League and the Champions League, having done so in 2001 and 2005 respectively.
On what winning the Europa League could mean for him, United boss Ruben Amorim said: "A new future for me, I think, is not the case. People will look at our team in a different way, as winning a European title is really important. Nothing is going to change our season, but winning a European title can help us have that feeling to build a future."
He added: "I am really confident. I feel that my players are ready for this game.
"They know what it means, not just for us but for our fans and for the club. After this season, we are ready to fight for the one thing that can help us remember this season in a different way. So I am really confident."
