Rory McIlroy has arrived in style to the Europa League final between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, as he used a £38million private jet for smooth transportation.
The Northern Irish golfer has been a lifelong fan of the Red Devils, most recently being congratulated by manager Ruben Amorim for his sensational win at the Masters in April.
Off the back of the historic major win, which cemented his place in history as one of only six career Grand Slam winners, Amorim congratulated McIlroy with an invitation to Old Trafford.
The Portuguese gaffer said: "Hi Rory. Congratulations for the Masters, and I want to invite you to Old Trafford to show your trophy. It is really important for us in this moment.
"You achieved something a lot of people thought that would be impossible and we want that feeling in our stadium.
"So I hope to see you soon at Old Trafford and to meet you."
When asked if he would bring his green jacket to Manchester, McIlroy jokingly added: "If it can inspire some better play, absolutely."

The 36-year-old is now hoping to bring some luck to the Red Devils after landing at Bilbao Airport in northern Spain ahead of the Europa League final, where he is expected to be in attendance for the final.
He arrived in Spain in plenty of style, too, as he used one of Gulfstream's most recognisable models, the G650ER, which touched departed Belfast at 7:26am this morning. McIlroy is believed to have taken delivery of the 2022 model in late 2024.
The G650ER is said to be extremely popular, having set over 125 world speed records. It is reported to be one of the most reliable business jets across the world.
This transport option is not the cheapest, however, as a pre-owned G650ER could set someone back at an average of £38m ($50m), as reported by AVBuyer.com.

A brand-new model will cost you around £58m, but this price is subject to various features and amenities you can change throughout the aircraft.
The G650ER can travel with up to 16 passengers, and includes around four living space areas on board, which would have been perfect for McIlroy's planned relaxation ahead of the European final.

The seats throughout the aircraft can be converted into beds if you need a little shut-eye, or you can relax on a coach and enjoy some television with a built-in monitor in the middle.
The aircraft also boasts 16 panoramic oval windows which floods the cabin with plenty of natural light and amazing views.
It seems the Northern Irishman will have enjoyed his journey to the Europa League final, and he will be hoping that Amorim and his squad will be able to bring silverware back to Old Trafford, so they can share in the joy of victory together in the future.
