Manchester City fans watched Kevin De Bruyne play his last game at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Belgian superstar featured in the 3-1 win over Bournemouth, and once the three points were secured, the night became all about the 33-year-old as the Manchester club showed their love to the midfielder after 10 years of service.
Man City fans also showed their appreciation to De Bruyne online, while former teammates sent the midfielder messages through their social media accounts, with former City winger Leroy Sane being one of them.
The next big question regarding De Bruyne now is where the Man City captain goes next, and David Ornstein has revealed when fans of the Manchester club can expect this decision from the Belgian superstar.

Kevin De Bruyne to make a decision on his future within a month
De Bruyne’s next chapter is expected to take place in MLS, with Chicago Fire deemed the favourites to land the superstar this summer.
The only thing that could stop this from happening is if a big club in Europe make a move for the 33-year-old, as that is believed to be the midfielder’s preferred choice, with a decision now expected within the next four weeks, according to the latest update from David Ornstein.

“I will actually start with Kevin De Bruyne, because that is such a big story. He’s departing the club after all these years and all this success, and he has no decision so far on what he’s going to do next,” Ornstein told NBC Sports.
“I would expect that within maybe the next four weeks, I think it’s unlikely he’ll play at the Club World Cup for Manchester City.
“He’s got a couple of World Cup qualifiers with Belgium to focus on, and then we’ll see where he ends up next. There are opportunities in the MLS, in Europe, Italy, Napoli, in particular, Turkey, also in Saudi Arabia.
“The Premier League would hold possibilities, but I think that’s unlikely. There were suggestions of Liverpool, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. I don’t think he’d want to play against Manchester City in the future.”
Frank Leboeuf believes De Bruyne would struggle in the Premier League if he played another season in England, but has stated that Italy or Spain would be a good choice for the 33-year-old.
It will be interesting to see what the Belgian superstar does next, as he has shown at times throughout the current campaign that he can still compete at the highest level.
David Ornstein provides an update on Man City’s interest in Morgan Gibbs-White
In addition to De Bruyne, Ornstein provided an update on Man City’s interest in Morgan Gibbs-White as the Nottingham Forest star is one of the options to replace the Belgian in Guardiola’s squad.
The transfer journalist stated the Englishman is a player to keep an eye on over the coming weeks as Man City could further their interest soon.

“Also, keep an eye on Morgan Gibbs-White, I’ve reported for some weeks now that he is strongly admired at the Etihad Stadium, and I think we could be hearing a lot more about that in the weeks ahead, not that Nottingham Forest will want to see him go and they’d want to get a significant price for him,” Ornstein said.
Having pulled out of the Florian Wirtz race, the Forest star is now seen as the favourite to replace De Bruyne at Man City, and the 25-year-old could be a solid option, as the Englishman can also play as a number eight, with Pep Guardiola known to be a fan of versatile players.
