Crystal Palace are willing to listen to offers for winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi this summer, the News Shopper understands.
The 22-year-old has spent this season on loan at Sheffield United, making 36 appearances en route to this weekend's Championship play-off final.
Rak-Sakyi, who is contracted at Palace until 2027, has scored seven times for Chris Wilder's side this season but has completed 90 minutes only once.
The Southwark-born winger joined the Palace academy from Chelsea in 2019 as a 17-year-old and made his senior debut in Patrick Vieira's first game in charge – a 3-0 loss to Chelsea in August 2021.
He spent the following season on loan at League One side Charlton Athletic and enjoyed a standout campaign, scoring 15 goals and providing nine assists. His performances earned him both the Addicks' Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year awards.
The England Under-21 international returned to Palace for the 2023–24 season and was integrated into Roy Hodgson’s senior squad. However, he was restricted to just six appearances after struggling with a recurring hamstring injury.
After attracting interest from Leeds United and Southampton last summer, Palace ultimately chose to loan Rak-Sakyi to Sheffield United.
The decision came after the player requested to leave, despite scoring three goals in two pre-season friendlies under new manager Oliver Glasner.
In November, Eagles boss Glasner revealed there would only be room for the attacker in the squad if he adapted to the team's style.
“He wanted to leave,” Glasner said. “If a player wants to leave, then it’s better to allow it. If a player doesn’t want to be here, it makes no sense to put chains over his arms.
"He has to integrate into the way we are playing. If he does, the door is open. If he doesn’t, the door is closed.”
Palace are willing to cash in on Rak-Sakyi this summer as they look to strengthen their squad with Europa League football on the horizon.
The Eagles signed 19-year-old Romain Esse, who occupies the same position as academy graduate Rak-Sakyi, from Millwall for £12 million in the January transfer window.
Elsewhere, the door could be open for Rob Holding, Odsonne Edouard and Naouirou Ahamada to leave the club, while Nathaniel Clyne and Remi Matthews are expected to pen new deals at Selhurst Park.
