Which Premier League teams have qualified for Europe next season?

The 2024-25 Premier League season reaches its final round of fixtures this weekend, as Liverpool look to crown their second modern-era success with one last victory.

The Reds ensured the post-Jurgen Klopp era got off to a flying start this term as Arne Slot steered them to the top of the pile and a first success since the 2019-20 season.

Yet beyond the Reds, the sea change of the famed Big Six era has continued to send major waves across the competition, and onto the continent for next season too.

So just who has qualified for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League from the Premier League ? DAZN News has the answers.

Who has qualified for the UEFA Champions League?

Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have qualified for the 2025-26 UEFA Champions League from the Premier League this season.

The former earned their place as domestic top-flight champions, running away to the title under Arne Slot, while Mikel Arteta's Gunners are on course to finish second.

Ange Postecoglou's Spurs meanwhile endured a horrific domestic campaign, but defeated fellow strugglers Manchester United in the 2025 UEFA Europa League Final.

As such, despite a lower-half finish in the Premier League, they will play in the top tier of European competition next term as Europa League champions.

Who has qualified for the UEFA Europa League?

Crystal Palace have qualified for the 2025-26 UEFA Europa League from the Premier League this season, earning their place as FA Cup winners.

The Eagles won the first major trophy in their century-plus history in May, defeating Manchester City at Wembley Stadium with a famous 1-0 victory.

Not only did it come with a long-awaited piece of silverware for the London club, it also ensured Oliver Glasner's men would play in Europe for the first time too.

Who has qualified for the UEFA Conference League?

As it stands, no team has officially qualified for the 2025-26 UEFA Conference League from the Premier League this season, though one of five teams will be there.

As EFL Cup winners, Newcastle United are automatically assured of a place in the competition, but remain firmly in contention to secure Champions League football too.

If so, that would effectively ensure that seventh place in the Premier League will send whichever team outside of them into Europe's third-tier competition.

Who can still qualify for Europe next season?

Right now, five other teams are guaranteed European football from the Premier League this season, but where they will qualify for is yet to be determined.

In the new era of the expanded Champions League format, a strong coefficient performance means that fifth-place will also qualify for the top-tier competition.

This means that three more teams will join Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham there, while sixth-place will join Crystal Palace in the UEFA Europa League.

As it stands, it will be Manchester City, Newcastle United and Chelsea who qualify for the UEFA Champions League, and Aston Villa for the UEFA Europa Legaue.

Seventh-place Nottingham Forest will meanwhile qualify for the UEFA Conference League, but could overhaul Chelsea if they beat them in their last game of the season.

The Blues are also set to contest the UEFA Conference League Final themselves with Real Betis next weekend, adding further complications to the puzzle.

They would qualify for the UEFA Europa League if they win that and do not finish in the top five, while victory could also open the door to a surprise tenth spot too.

Eighth-place in the Premier League - between Brighton and Brentford - could come into play if Chelsea win the Conference League but finish seventh.

Alternatively, if they win the trophy, finish sixth and Newcastle finish seventh, eighth would also come into play again, with the latter already qualified through the EFL Cup.
