It was yet another night to forget for Andre Onana and Manchester United on Wednesday in Bilbao, as another error by the Cameroonian 'keeper contributed to a disastrous Europa League final defeat to Spurs.
The battle of the 16th- and 17th-placed teams in the Premier League was a match sorely lacking in quality, and the winning goal from Brennan Johnson epitomised the low level both teams are operating at.

Johnson's goal was bundled in via Luke Shaw and Onana, who could only flap at the ball as it trickled in at his near post.
It was the latest in a string of comical errors for the United shot stopper in Europe, and this was the most costly yet from Onana.
The 29-year-old has been widely criticised since joining Manchester United last summer for his erratic, error-prone play, and this was a damning indictment.
Onana's antics on the pitch are evidently testing the patience of his teammates as well, judging by a clip from the stands in Bilbao on Wednesday.

Cameras pick up Casemiro and Andre Onana spat during Europa League final
Early in the Europa League final, Manchester United conceded a contentious corner, despite Luke Shaw's clearance appearing to come off a Spurs player.

As Shaw and some United teammates protested, the rest of the team prepared to defend the corner, with Andre Onana gesticulating wildly at his defence.
It was not a move that went down well with the vastly experienced Casemiro.
🚨The most annoying thing about Andre Onana is that he continues to shout and yell to teammates while his performance is no where…

The Brazilian midfielder appeared to yell back at the United goalkeeper, and the pair had a heated moment as they gestured and exchanged words amid the preparation for the Spurs corner.
That the exchange occurred so early in the game would suggest that patience is running thin with Onana among the Manchester United playing squad.
For Casemiro, a five-time Champions League winner, frustration is likely even higher than with some of his teammates.

United have been linked with pursuing a replacement for Andre Onana this summer and, judging by his performance and demeanour in Bilbao, that may be the best course of action for the club.
