Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton got more than just a playoff win Wednesday night — he also received a heartfelt message from his longtime girlfriend, Jade Jones.
The game at Madison Square Garden was one of the wildest of the playoffs. The Knicks had a 14-point lead with just under three minutes left in the fourth quarter.
But the Pacers stormed back, with Aaron Nesmith hitting six threes in the last five minutes, and Haliburton tying the game with a dramatic jumper as the buzzer sounded, sending the game into overtime.
Haliburton finished the night with 31 points and 11 assists. He also gave fans a throwback moment by flashing the iconic “choke” celebration sign — just like Pacers legend Reggie Miller once did — right in front of the Knicks crowd.

After the Pacers’ 138–135 overtime win against the New York Knicks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Jones posted a touching Instagram Story featuring a photo of her hugging Haliburton.
Alongside the image, she wrote her short message with a heart emoji, making it clear how proud she was of his performance.
“I’m so proud of you,” Jones captioned.
After the buzzer sounded, Haliburton and Jones shared a moment in the nearly empty arena. The couple has been together since their college days at Iowa State, where Haliburton played basketball and Jones was a cheerleader. Today, she’s one of his biggest supporters, showing up at games with style and energy.
Jones has been a standout figure throughout the playoffs. She’s often courtside, wearing bold and creative outfits, and fans online have praised her looks. Before Game 1, she even posted a photo wearing a head-turning outfit in Pacers colors.
Game 1 marked another big night for both Haliburton and Jones. While Haliburton kept his team’s championship hopes alive on the court, Jones showed her support in a way only she can — with a message straight from the heart.
