Manchester United are set to take some bold decisions this summer. They will part ways with many of their current players. Ruben Amorim will be backed to bring in players of his choice. The Portugese wants new additions in almost all parts of the pitch.

United are set to sign new full-backs this summer. They signed Patrick Dorgu in the January window. But, Dorgu has not been able to impress fully although he is still very young and can bounce back. However, United need some urgent additions.

Man United keen to sign Serie A full-back

The star in question here is Theo Hernandez of AC Milan. He is 27 years old and plays for France on international stage. He has been with Milan since 2019 and has established himself as one of the best left-backs in the world right now.

According to Tutto Mercato Web, United are showing interest in Theo Hernandez. They are joined by Chelsea but the Blues are not showing strong interest at the moment. AC Milan are likely to lose Hernandez and hence have set an asking price of €40 million on him.

Milan will miss UCL next season due to which many top players will leave. But, United are also set to miss UCL next season. In addition, they will not play in any other European competition too. Hence, this might make it hard for them to convince Hernandez.

If United are able to sign Hernandez, it will come as a very good signing. The 27 year old will inject the club with experience to win major titles. In addition, he will be perfect fit for Amorim due to his highly offensive skills.
