On Wednesday afternoon, the Chargers finally announced all the confirmed dates and times for their 2025 preseason schedule.
First up, we all know about their opening exhibition game against the Detroit Lions in Canton, Ohio for the Pro Football Hall of Game. That matchup will take place on July 31 at 5:00 p.m. PT.
Their second preseason game against the Saints will be 10 days later on August 10 at 1:05 p.m inside SoFi Stadium. That game will be the first time the Chargers get to face their former head coach and offensive coordinator, Brandon Staley and Kellen Moore, respectively.
In Preseason Week Two, the Chargers will still be at SoFi Stadium, but this time as the away team as they face the Los Angeles Rams. That game will be on Saturday August 16 at 4:00 p.m.
Finally, the Chargers will hit the road to play the 49ers in Santa Clara on August 23. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. PT.
