Everton are set to end their Premier League campaign with a game against Newcastle at St. James’ Park on Sunday.
The Toffees go into the game with nothing to play for and they can have a go at it, looking to cause an upset away from home.
However, Eddie Howe’s side need to win if they are to secure qualification for next season’s Champions League.

David Moyes could make two changes
Seamus Coleman and Idrissa Gueye, two fan favourites, may not be in the starting eleven against Newcastle.
Coleman is injured, so he will be replaced by Ashley Young, who will be playing his final game for the Toffees.

Tim Iroegbunam will come into midfield in place of Gueye, offering solidity alongside James Garner.
Iliman Ndiaye is almost certain to be handed a start by David Moyes after an impressive two-goal display against Southampton last weekend.

Apart from that, the rest of the team pretty much picks itself.
Charly Alcaraz and Dwight McNeil have shown glimpses of their brilliance in recent games, so they most certainly will be in the starting eleven.
Jarrad Branthwaite is an injury doubt but he’s not been ruled out yet so if he’s fit, he will be in the eleven.

Everton will be looking to cause an upset on the final day
To secure an upset against Newcastle at St James’ Park Everton will aim to exploit their hosts’ injury concerns and leverage their compact, counter-attacking style under Moyes.
With Newcastle’s key striker, Alexander Isak, doubtful and defenders like Joelinton and Kieran Trippier potentially sidelined, Everton will focus on disrupting the Magpies’ rhythm through a disciplined 4-2-3-1 setup, with Garner and Iroegbunam shielding the backline to neutralise Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali.
Ndiaye’s pace and creativity, fresh from his goal against Southampton, will be pivotal in quick transitions, targeting Newcastle’s potentially makeshift defence.
Beto’s physicality up top can exploit any uncertainty from Fabian Schar or Sven Botman.
Everton will also rely on Jordan Pickford’s organisation to keep a tight defensive shape, aiming to frustrate Newcastle’s home crowd and capitalise on set-pieces or counter-attacks to steal a result, despite their mid-table security.
