West Ham are preparing to end their Premier League season with a trip to face already-relegated Ipswich Town on Sunday.
The Hammers have had a largely dismal campaign and could be set for a 15th-place finish after they travel to Portman Road on 25 May.
It is fair to say that Graham Potter has struggled to get the best out of his side, but he will be hoping to end the season on a positive note.
A clash against Kieran McKenna’s side awaits on the final day, with a prediction emerging ahead of the Irons’ trip to Norfolk.

There has been very little for the London Stadium faithful to cheer for throughout a disappointing year of action in East London.

Despite coming into the season off the back of star signings like Niclas Fullkrug, Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Todibo, there has been little positivity to speak of.
This was represented by the final home clash of the campaign as the Hammers fell to a 2-1 defeat against Nottingham Forest.

In a mostly dull display from Potter’s side, Jarrod Bowen was once again the shining light with a hugely underrated touch and volley against the Reds.
The England international will be hoping to replicate that sort of output once again as he looks set to captain his side at Portman Road.
The hope of securing three points to end the year has been given a boost as the Opta supercomputer (22 May) has handed the Irons a 42 per cent chance of winning against Ipswich.
By comparison, the Tractor Boys have seen a 33.5 likelihood emerge while the chances of a draw come in at 24.5 per cent.

Losing against a side who has already been relegated on the final day would certainly represent disaster for the English head coach.
The 50-year-old has already overseen a late draw against Southampton in East London and needs to end the season on a high in Norfolk.
If not, there is every chance that the likes of Bowen and Mohammed Kudus will force an exit from the London Stadium after such a frustrating campaign.
