Leeds United scored 95 goals on their way to winning the Championship this season. But Daniel Farke and the club understand that a lot more quality will be needed upfront this summer.
The gap in quality in the Premier League continues to increase every year. The past two seasons have seen all three promoted clubs go straight back down to the Championship. It looks like Leeds are learning from this, as the club have targeted players with Premier League experience.

The club will go into this season with Joel Piroe, Patrick Bamford and Mateo Joseph as their main striking options. Multiple news reports have claimed that a new face will be added this summer.
In a strange turn of events, a name from a big club has been linked. Ontheminute suggest that Leeds are in the race to sign Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund this summer. The report then claims that the 22-year old could move elsewhere after failing to live up to expectations.
It has been reported a day after the Europa League final that the club has put every player up for sale. It could be a massive revamp at Old Trafford when the window opens.
Deal for Hojlund would be very unlikely
Selling a striker just two years after investing £72 million is just poor management. It is highly unlikely that Manchester United ditch the 22-year old and spend more money to sign a better center forward. His output has been poor and his performances on the pitch have not been that great, but he still has potential.
However, if for some strange reason, the Old Trafford club try to offload him, Leeds could be a good landing spot on loan. The club could do with another body up top.
