First half goals from Divin Mubama and Ashton Muir were enough to secure what was a deserved victory for Ben Wilkinson’s exciting young side.
Victory in the showpiece not only came on the back of the City youngsters also topping the table after the regular season, it also saw us become the first side to win four PL2 titles in total.
Following the full time whistle, skipper Jahmai Simpson-Pusey lifted the trophy alongside his jubilant team mates with the squad presented with their winners’ medals.
And the joyous scenes capped a fitting end to what has been a season to savour for our Under-21s.
