The club hopes to finalize everything before Monday, just after Yamal’s final La Liga match of the season in Bilbao.
There may be a final round of talks in Lisbon this weekend, where club president Joan Laporta will attend the women’s Champions League final. The city has been a recent meeting point between Barça and Mendes, and it could serve once again to close this high-priority deal.
