Saudi side Al Hilal is keeping an eye on Bruno Fernandes this summer. There is a little further move for the Man United playmaker are in fairly early stages.

Al Hilal Keep Track Of Man Utd’s Bruno Fernandes

Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal are showing strong interest in signing **Manchester United**’s midfield maestro Bruno Fernandes. Although, there’s no formal progress on a transfer yet. But, the situation could change quickly with Al Hilal set to compete in the upcoming Club World Cup next month. With a transfer window being open from June 1st to June 10th, the Saudi club has a unique chance to get new players in before the tournament.

Fernandes, who will be 31 in September, is one of many attractive players on Al Hilal’s list. They are looking to take on giants Real Madrid and Pachuca in the CWC. The Saudi outfit has already signed some of his Premier League companions in the recent years. Players such as Ruben Neves, Aleksandar Mitrovic and Kalidou Koulibaly were brought in. This signals their ambition and wealth to sign big stars.

United Reluctant to Sell Their Captain

Despite the growing noise, the Red Devils have no plans to part ways with their skipper. Head coach Ruben Amorim has picked out the midfielder as one of the best in the world and a key piece of his rebuild.

The Portuguese star joined for a fee that could rise to £68 million from Sporting in 2020.

Fernandes has a contract with Utd until 2027 with an additional year option. Also, the midfielder publicly insists he wants to stay at Old Trafford.

Al Hilal will hope to exploit any uncertainty in regards to renting Fernandes for their Club World Cup. Still, taking him away from Old Trafford will not be easy. Especially that’s case given how influential he is both on and off the field. The Saudi club will have to come up with a serious offer to even open talks.
