Gibbs-White named in latest England squad
Three Lions face Andorra and Senegal next month
Forest star could represent England at The City Ground
Morgan Gibbs-White could become the first Nottingham Forest player to represent England at The City Ground after the Reds' no.10 was named in the latest Three Lions squad.
Thomas Tuchel’s side travel to Andorra in a FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifier on June 7 before welcoming Senegal to Forest’s world-famous home three days later.
Should Gibbs-White don the Three Lions in NG2 next month, he would be the first Forest player to represent England at the home of the Reds.
The Forest midfielder earned his first two international caps late last year, rising from the bench against Greece and Ireland in the Nations League.
England face the trip to Andorra on June 7 (kick-off 7.45pm) before facing the Lions of Teranga in a friendly on June 10 (kick-off 7.45pm).
Gibbs-White has been in fine form for the Reds, netting twice and laying on an assist in Forest’s last two fixtures, taking the 25-year-old to seven goals and 10 assists in the Premier League this season.
Congratulations, Morgan! 🏴
