Thomas Tuchel has named a strong squad for England's upcoming fixtures against Andorra and Senegal with Ivan Toney included for the first time since leaving the Premier League for Saudi Arabia.

Despite the fact that only one of England's upcoming games is a World Cup qualifier, Tuchel was determined to name a strong squad, meaning no respite for some of the Three Lions' biggest stars who will soon wrap up their gruelling domestic campaigns.

The decision to include Toney, 29, is one of the biggest talking points of the announcement. The former Brentford star has not been selected since Euro 2024 after agreeing to move to the Saudi Pro League with Al Ahli, who won the Asian Champions League last month.

Toney has scored 29 goals in 43 appearances for Al Ahli and could add to his six England caps when the team travel to Barcelona to face Andorra on June 7 before hosting Senegal at Wembley three days later.

Jude Bellingham has also been included in the 26-man squad despite concerns over a shoulder injury. It's understood he will undergo surgery after featuring for Real Madrid in the Club World Cup, which starts just days after England's meeting with Senegal.
