Bogdan Bogdanovic reveals he wants to return to Europe

Former Fenerbahce and Partizan guard Bogdan Bogdanovic admitted that he wants to return to Europe at some point, but it will depend on his health.

Los Angeles Clippers guard Bogdan Bogdanovic gave some exciting news for European basketball fans, revealing that he would like to return to the EuroLeague at some point.

However, as he said himself, it will depend on at least one thing.

"I had that goal when I was leaving [for the NBA], but I'll see how my health is later in my career. I want to come back, of course, but I have to stay healthy," Bogdanovic said ahead of the EuroLeague Final Four in Abu Dhabi.

The 32-year-old also listed the reasons why he missed the European basketball.

"Yeah, I miss it, of course. I miss it because, like I said, I'm closer to my friends and family. That's what I miss most. Competition as well, but friends and family first, honestly," he noted.

Bogdanovic played for Partizan from 2010 to 2014 and then moved to Fenerbahce, where he played until 2017, before making the move to the NBA.

Bogdanovic won the EuroLeague title in 2017 and was later named to the EuroLeague 2010-2020 All-Decade Team and All-25 EuroLeague Team.

In his last season with Fenerbahce, Bogdanovic averaged 14.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 16.7 PIR per game in 22 appearances.
