“If you look at the game at the City Ground on Sunday, it’s gonna be huge. Nottingham Forest vs. Chelsea. Chelsea and Aston Villa got their work done on Friday and put pressure on those in and around them.
“When you look at it, it’s so tight. I’ve got a funny feeling that Forest and Chelsea will draw their game, and that should allow Aston Villa, if they can go to Old Trafford and win that game, to get in there. I still think it will be Forest and Chelsea that come up short.”
Boyd continued to explain:
“But there’s been twists and turns for a number of weeks now, and you wouldn’t be surprised if something else happens. You look at Newcastle at home, they’re pretty impressive, you’d expect them to get the job done against Everton.
“But I mean, for me I think it will be Chelsea and Nottingham Forest who miss out and Villa will just sneak in.”
