Everton have already offloaded players David Moyes doesn’t feel fit for the project.
Asmir Begovic and Joao Virginia have been cleared out of the goalkeeping department as Moyes might bring in a new keeper.
One that has been mooted is that of Rydnn McGuire who is of interest to Everton for a long-term option.
Elsewhere in the squad, Michael Keane’s future is uncertain, but after rumours, Keane stressed he wants to stay at Everton.
But another Everton player who is set to depart at the end of June has already moved on very quickly.

Ashley Young open to Premier League move after Everton exit
Contract offers have been handed out to those departed, but some players have opted to leave the club.
The two players in question are Abdoulaye Doucoure and Ashley Young.
Both Doucoure and Young rejected a pay cut after it came out that the duo wouldn’t be remaining on Merseyside next season.

Doucoure was a slight shock to fans with his status of being Everton’s highest earner and his role in the squad, but Young was expected.
This is due to his age of 39, but Young wanted to stay at Everton, and it seemed as though he wasn’t happy with the wages offered.
Well now, Young isn’t showing any loyalty and has opened his services to a Premier League club.
Speaking to talkSPORT, the veteran full-back has suggested he won’t be retiring and will play on despite his longevity in the game.
“I feel so fit. I’ve not felt as fit as I have done for years. I just want to continue playing, however that may look, however that may seem, I’m not ready to retire,” Young said.
“I’m definitely going to carry on next season. Whichever way that is. I’m not getting any younger. I’m going to be 40 in July.
“Yes, I do hope that it can be in the Premier League (next club), but I know that age will come into it.
“31 appearances at 39 years in the Premier League (this season), I don’t think I’ve become a bad player, not to be able to make those appearances and rack them up. I’m delighted to have gotten those appearances.”

Young still showed plenty of quality for Everton
You’d think with someone at Young’s age, the time is right to end your career, but the full-back clearly has other ideas.
A Premier League club would be silly not to look at Young, after this season especially, with Everton potentially regretting the exit of the defender if he shows his experience on the pitch elsewhere.
Young’s Premier League statistics with Everton this season
Games played 31
Assists 3
Chances created 24
Duels won % 56.2%
Recoveries 70
It’s already been said that Young is in talks with a club, which could indicate a top flight side haven’t waited too long to snap up the full-back, and going off his recovery stats, he does seem fit as a fiddle to still compete.
There are positives to his departure with his age, but his overall season didn’t reflect too badly, so maybe The Friedkin Group should’ve abided by his wishes.
