Yves Bissouma shows true Tottenham colours with cheeky Arsenal dig during trophy parade

Tottenham midfielder Yves Bissouma has poked fun at north London rivals Arsenal after helping the club get their hands on the Europa League this week.

Spurs ended their 17-year wait for silverware on Wednesday night, after they beat Manchester United 1-0. Brennan Johnson scored the game's only goal in the first-half before Guglielmo Vicario then pulled off an injury-time save to deny Luke Shaw.

Despite lurking in the bottom five of the Premier League table, Tottenham will now play in the Champions League next season. On Friday night, Spurs players and staff paraded around north London with the Europa League trophy, on an open top bus.

"Unbelievable," Ange Postecoglou said as the bus toured around the surrounding area of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. "As much as you try to understand what a trophy would mean to these people, seeing them here, that's why we do what we do. I'm super pleased the boys delivered and that's why."

As part of Tottenham's live stream of the parade, a number of players were interviewed on the bus and Bissouma, who was colossal in Bilbao against United, used the opportunity to take aim at Arsenal.

The Gunners will finish in second in the Premier League this season - for the third consecutive year - but have now gone five years without winning a trophy. "Look at how North London is fully white," the midfielder said.

"We suffered a lot this season and to win this European cup, I've no words. We did it and I'm proud of my team, all the fans and the staff."

Tottenham play their final Premier League match of the season on Sunday afternoon. That comes at home against Brighton.
