DETROIT. (WILX) - Detroit’s star guard Cade Cunningham has been named to the All-NBA Third Team for the first time in his career on Friday night. Cunningham gets the much-deserved honors following the best season of his career to this point and was also named an All-Star earlier in the year as well.
Cunningham averaged 26.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 9.1 assists in 70 games this season. Cunningham was a critical part of helping Detroit reach the postseason for the first time since 2019 this season.
