We have finally reached the finale of the 2024/25 season as Championship Sunday is now less than 24 hours away.
Liverpool are 90 minutes away from lifting the Premier League trophy in front of a raucous and eager Anfield crowd on Sunday. They welcome the newly minted FA Cup winners, Crystal Palace.
Neither side are going to be in a bad mood for months, so this match is the final hurdle before the fun can really begin. However, there is still a game of football to be played, and based on recent weeks, the Reds should be eager to put on a good show.
There has been a lot of lineup tinkering since they clinched the title, but I think for this one, Arne Slot needs to restore most of his regulars into the side.
With that in mind, here is the possible Starting XI for Liverpool in the final match of the season against Crystal Palace.
**Goalkeeper**: Alisson Becker
**Defenders**: [Conor Bradley](https://rushthekop.com/despite-the-loss-to-brighton-conor-bradley-proved-his-worth-once-again-01jvn99tmd8e), Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk. Andy Robertson
**Midfielders**: Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch, Curtis Jones
**Forwards**: Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo
**POSSIBLE SUBS:** Dominik Szoboszlai, Darwin Nunez, Kostas Tsimikas, Federico Chiesa, Diogo Jota, Wataru Endo, Harvey Elliott
It's clear Alisson gets the nod in goal for the finale as always, but the defense should be back to full strength as I want to see one more commanding performance from this unit.
Konate has been invisible for a few weeks and should be back out there for a full 90.
The midfield has both [Mac Allister](https://rushthekop.com/examining-the-similarities-between-liverpool-s-deals-for-frimpong-and-mac-allister-01jvpzer0nr4) and Gravenberch to run the show as they have done for most of this season. Szoboszlai starting would not shock me, but Slot clearly appreciates the work Jones does and could give him a proper run for this one.

The likes of Endo, Elliott and others will be eager to get on the pitch for the final time this season in what could be their final appearances in Liverpool shirts.
The forwards as ever are led by Salah but I think Gakpo goes wide left and Diaz is through the middle in what could be his final game at Anfield.
Nunez and Jota will be fighting for minutes to make a lasting impression on the fans, coaches and other clubs before a summer of unknowns follows.
Liverpool should be favorites in this match, especially if they field a strong lineup. It's the final showcase of the season, so every player should be raring to go.
