Leeds United are going to have to balance the books still this summer with some player sales to boost their PSR threshold, including selling Jack Harrison for a decent fee.
Rebuilding the Leeds squad for this summer is going to require a few sales as well as several new additions for big fees.
Despite being back in the Premier League, Leeds’ PSR situation remains one to monitor with only around £61million permitted losses from the past three seasons.

Leeds United could improve PSR standing with permanent Jack Harrison sale
Away from those in the starting lineup that hold enough value to warrant consideration for a big sale, there are others that could be worth letting go.
Jack Harrison is the most obvious one, concluding his loan spell at Everton this weekend having made very little positive impact on the Toffees in the past two campaigns.

Signed for £11million in 2021, his contract extension until the summer of 2028 means his current book value stands between £2.5-3million, so therefore represents a big opportunity to bring in a healthy profit if sold for an eight-figure sum.
Upon promotion, Leeds ensured that the winger’s loan clause is no longer valid, putting the power of negotiation back in the 49ers’ hands.

Fabrizio Romano issues Fulham, Harry Wilson update that could be perfect for Leeds’ PSR situation
Given Manor Solomon’s exit at the end of his loan and Harrison potentially being sold, there’s scope for Leeds to source a new winger and one with more Premier League experience and a better time of it in the top flight this season.
Fulham wide man Harry Wilson could well be the man that Leeds ought to keep their eye on, after Fabrizio Romano shared a key update on the Welsh international this week, stating that Wilson will either leave this summer or extend his contract beyond 2026.

The left-footed right-winger could be the exact sort of player Leeds need to add more balance to their attack, adding goals and assists from out wide as well as serious quality from set-pieces – another issue for Leeds to resolve after Joe Rothwell’s loan concluded.
Wilson joined the Cottagers on a five-year deal for £12million, now four years into that contract with a book value of around £2.4million this summer, so like Harrison, Fulham could make a cool PSR profit on any decent offers for the 28-year-old.
Where Leeds are concerned, we’ve seen Premier League clubs essentially trade players and amortise the outgoing transfer fees while cashing in the player sale to boost profits here and now, which might be worth considering here.
Fulham were reported to be interested in signing Harrison during the January window, only for him to remain at Goodison Park, indicating there could be long-standing interest coming into this summer, which Leeds may want to capitalise on with a subsequent deal to take Wilson.
