Jurgen Klopp is back in Liverpool. But this time, he won’t be barking orders from the touchline.
Instead, the former Reds boss is ready to cheer from the stands, blending into the sea of red at Anfield.
Ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League finale and trophy lift, Klopp returned to the city that made him a legend.
It’s the first full celebration of a league title in front of fans since the Reds lifted the trophy in 2020 behind closed doors. Now, the party is truly on — and Klopp wants in.
He shared a special video message with fans, speaking from Liverpool’s iconic Anglican Cathedral, where he attended the LFC Foundation Gala Ball on Friday.

What Jurgen Klopp said?
“Finally, took me a year to find a way back,” Klopp said. “Now I’m here. What a weekend ahead. Wow. I heard the city will be buzzing. I’m pretty sure it will.”
While the Premier League crown now belongs to Arne Slot’s Liverpool, Klopp couldn’t hide his admiration for the new man in charge.
“Congratulations to the team. Congratulations to Arne, especially. What a guy and what a coach,” Klopp said.
He also joked about his outfit, saying:
“Standing in a black suit is maybe not the best example, but I’ll try to be part of it as much as you let me.”
From suits to scarves, Klopp is ready to soak it all in like a true Kopite. He’s traded tactics for terrace chants — and from the looks of it, he’s loving every second.
The grand celebrations kick off at Anfield with club legend Alan Hansen presenting the trophy. And the party continues with a parade across Liverpool on Monday.
