Nottingham Forest welcome Chelsea to The City Ground in the Premier League on Sunday for the Reds’ final match of the 2024/25 season.

Nuno Espírito Santo’s team go into the match knowing three points against the Blues will guarantee at least Europa League football.

The Reds secured European football at The City Ground for the first time in 30 seasons in recent weeks, but just one point separates Forest in seventh and fourth going into the final day.

Forest are unbeaten in three Premier League games having secured a 2-1 win against West Ham United at London Stadium last Sunday.

Meanwhile, Enzo Maresca’s side recorded a 1-0 win against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, but the Blues have just one away league success to their name since early December.

Chris Wood’s strike was cancelled out by Noni Madueke earlier this season in West London as the sides shared the points at the home of the Blues.
