Sunderland have been promoted to the Premier League after Tom Watson scored a 95th minute winner to break Sheffield United hearts.
The Black Cats came from behind to sink Chris Wilder's side as Regis Le Bris guided Sunderland back to the Premier League after eight years away.
Tyrese Campbell opened the scoring for the Blades after 25 minutes following a serious injury to Luke O'Nien. The defender required oxygen and was replaced, with the later diagnosis of a dislocated shoulder.
Eliezer Mayenda levelled for Sunderland in the 76th minute with a clinical high finish into the net. Watson then won the game late on with a curled low effort from the edge of box after Moore gave possession away in his own half.
After relegation from the Premier League following a decade in the top-flight, Sunderland suffered back-to-back relegations having finished bottom of the second-tier.

The Black Cats endured four years in League One, eventually winning the play-off final against Wycombe Wanderers to return to the Championship.
In their first season back in the second-tier, Sunderland's young team snuck into the play-offs on the final day, where they were beaten by Luton Town. However, last season was a campaign to forget as they limped to a 16th place finish.
But the inspired appointment of Le Bris by 27-year-old owner Kyril Louis-Dreyfus last summer has paved the way for a promotion season. Sunderland fell away from challenging for an automatic promotion spot but the Wembley success will taste even sweeter.
