The final day of the Premier League season is upon us and Everton are in action at St James’ Park, as they take on Newcastle United.
It’s a big game for the Magpies as they have to win to ensure qualification to the Champions League, meanwhile, for Everton they can only finish in 13th place no matter what.
A 13th place finish has banked Everton £140m in prize money, so they’re expected to use a large chunk of that in the summer transfer window, which is fast approaching.
David Moyes and his recruitment chiefs have been drawing up a list of targets over the last few weeks and months.
Liam Delap is being linked with a move to Goodison Park, whilst there has been talk of Burnley’s centre-back Maxime Esteve.
Now, Moyes has just received a transfer boost in his potential pursuit of a Premier League winger.

Everton-linked Jack Grealish left out of Man City squad
Jack Grealish has been mooted with a move to Everton this summer transfer window, with David Ornstein suggesting Merseyside could be an option for the out-of-favour Manchester City winger.
Now, in a boost for the Toffees, Grealish has been left out of Man City’s final matchday squad against Fulham this afternoon.
