Pep Guardiola, manager of Manchester City
Manchester City make the trip to Fulham on the final day of the Premier League season looking for a result that will see them finish in the top five and qualify for next season's Champions League.
Pep Guardiola's side head to West London in third place and in the box seat to secure their spot in Europe's premier competition.
City just need a point to guarantee a top five finish but defeat will see them relying on results elsewhere to secure their Champions League status.
Tuesday's win over Bournemouth lifted City to 68 points, putting them two points clear of fourth placed Newcastle, fifth placed Chelsea and sixth placed Aston Villa who are all on 66 points.
Newcastle host Everton, Chelsea travel to seventh placed Nottingham Forest and Villa make the trip to Manchester United.
With that in mind, we have rounded up how the leading Premier League pundits believe City will fare at Craven Cottage.

Manchester City have released their home kit for next season - featuring the reimagining of the sash running through their shirt. For the first time ever, the famous City blue will have a white sash through it as Puma put a new twist on an old favourite.
Chris Sutton
The former Celtic and Blackburn forward told BBC Sport: "Manchester City were really good in their win over Bournemouth on Tuesday, and they did not let the disappointment of last weekend's FA Cup final defeat affect them. Omar Marmoush was excellent, they created lots of chances and defended strongly too.
"City still made mistakes, though, and the stray passes that led to Mateo Kovacic being sent off and also gifted Bournemouth a late goal are the kind of simple errors you don't expect their players to make.
"City will miss Kovacic here because he gives them legs in midfield and knits their play together so well, and without him I have a sneaky feeling that this will not be a straightforward afternoon for them. The way the season has gone for Pep Guardiola's side, I would not put it past them to screw this up.
"They only need a point to secure a top-five finish and maintain their ever-present record in the Champions League since 2011 but, with the way Fulham play, they are in for a tough time at Craven Cottage.
"I still think City will find a way of winning, but me saying that is probably bad news for Pep Guardiola's side. I've found it impossible to predict Fulham all season and, whatever I say they will do, I am usually wrong."

Paul Merson
The Sky Sports pundit told SportsKeeda: "Manchester City must avoid defeat to qualify for the Champions League. But this is a dangerous game if you ask me.
"I saw Fulham last week against Brentford. It looked like they were down and out before that incredible comeback that helped them win.
"Fulham will show no fear on home turf and they have nothing to lose. That makes it a really tricky game for Manchester City. If City fail to qualify for the Champions League with the squad they have, that would be a really big embarrassment.
"I think Pep Guardiola's men will get the win, but it will only be a narrow margin. This should be a really tight game."

Mark Lawrenson
The former BBC Sport pundit told Paddy Power: "Fulham have had a great season, they’ve done really well.
"Manchester City will get Champions League football and I expect them to finish off a strange season with a win, though it might not be that straightforward."
