Another season of Premier League football reaches its crescendo on Sunday as all 10 matches kick off simultaneously at 4pm. And while Liverpool have long since confirmed their status as champions, there's plenty left to play for in the last 90 minutes of a memorable campaign.

Despite their recent wobbles, Arsenal are all but guaranteed to finish second as they travel to relegated Southampton. There's also little jeopardy among the bottom three as Ipswich Town and Leicester City join the Saints in returning to the Championship this summer.

However, the race for Europe is as tight as it's ever been heading into the final day, with just three points between third-place Manchester City and Nottingham Forest in seventh. The top five will qualify automatically for the Champions League, while sixth (currently Aston Villa) goes into the Europa League and seventh (currently Nottingham Forest) reaches the Conference League play-off round.

In addition to the top seven, Europa League champions Tottenham and FA Cup winners Crystal Palace have already confirmed their spots in the Champions League and Europa League, respectively. But even Brighton in eighth and ninth-placed Brentford still have a hope of reaching Europe next season, and Mirror Football explains how you can tune in to see how things conclude.

What Premier League games are on TV and what channels are they on?

There are three of Sunday's 10 Premier League fixtures being shown on TV for viewers in the UK. Of those, two will be available via Sky Sports, while you'll need a TNT Sports subscription to watch the other.

Champions Liverpool will host FA Cup winners Palace, who could launch a late lunge into the top half with victory at Anfield. That clash will be broadcast on Sky Sports Premier League, with coverage starting from 3pm, and it will include Liverpool's trophy lift in front of their supporters after the final whistle.

But neutrals may be more invested in fifth-place Chelsea's trip to seventh-place Nottingham Forest, with so much riding on that contest in terms of Champions League qualification. That will be available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event, with no shortage of high stakes for that showdown. Sky's coverage of each concludes at 7.30pm.

Elsewhere, sixth-place Aston Villa travel to pile more misery on Europe League runners-up Manchester United, with that match being shown on TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate. Coverage gets underway from 3pm and finishes at 7pm.

Live stream info

There's no need to fear if you're on the go or can't make it in front of a television for Sunday's football bonanza. That's because all three matches will also be available to live stream, which is also a handy way to watch all three games at once.

Both fixtures being broadcast on Sky can also be watched on tablet, phone or computer using the Sky Go app or on Now TV. Meanwhile, United's clash against Villa can be streamed using the discovery+ app, or Sky Go, as long as you have a valid subscription.

Permutations and European qualification

The margins could hardly be narrower in the race for Europe this term, with no fewer than five clubs still in the hunt for Champions League places. Equally, any of those five clubs (though highly unlikely in the case of third-place City) could feasibly drop down to the Conference League should things not go their way.

Of those teams, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest are the only one coming into contact with one another on the last day. As such, the stakes are even grander at the City Ground, where a draw could end up being disastrous for one or both outfits in their quest to make it into the most prestigious competition possible.

For Nuno Espirito Santo's men, even a home win may not be enough to make the Champions League should Villa and Newcastle - who host Everton - also win their games. However, if Villa drop points at Old Trafford, then three points against Chelsea will be sufficient to land at least a spot in next term's Europa League.

And Unai Emery's side will be rooting for Forest as they look to beat United and hopefully leapfrog Chelsea into the top five. In that event, a draw against the Red Devils would still only keep them in sixth, while the Blues would drop down to seventh, though their upcoming UEFA Conference League final against Real Betis gives them a lifeline to the Europa League.

That decider will have huge ramifications on Brighton, who travel to Tottenham sat in eighth and three points ahead of Brentford. Even a draw in north London will wrap up eighth for Fabian Hurzeler's men, who will in the process land a Conference League place should the Blues claim the Conference League crown.

Defeat to Spurs, however, could open the path for Brentford to make a late dive into eighth on goal difference if they win at Wolves. The Bees have won four of their last five games and are unbeaten in three away games, though Brighton may feel upbeat about their chances of securing a result against a Spurs side that's sure to have revelled in its Europa League triumph in midweek.

Premier League's Race for Europe (points/goal difference)

3. Manchester City - 68 (+26)

4. Newcastle - 66 (+22)

5. Chelsea - 66 (+20)

6. Aston Villa - 66 (+9)

7. Nottingham Forest - 65 (+13)

8. Brighton - 58 (+4)

9. Brentford - 55 (+9)
