The final day of the Premier League season is upon us - and there is still plenty to play for at the top end of the table as a number of teams pursue a lucrative Champions League spot.
On an afternoon where Arne Slot's all-conquering Liverpool team will be officially crowned champions in front of Kop favourite, Jurgen Klopp, the teams below them and Arsenal - who are guaranteed to finish second - will be slugging it out to determine the final order of the top five. Newcastle, Chelsea, Manchester City, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa are all still in with a shout of finishing in the top five. And with Forest set to host Chelsea in a delicious twist, there could be plenty of drama ahead.
The relegation battle is already determined but there are plenty of other things to keep an eye on. Manchester United, for example, will try to bring the curtain down on a miserable campaign with victory against Villa just days after losing the Europa League final.
